Born in Corpus Christi, TX, April moved to DFW in 2001 after high school where she met her soon-to-be husband, Drew. Together, they moved to Delaware for four years before returning to Grapevine, TX, where they have been rooted ever since. April began her career at Southwest Airlines in the Inflight Training Department, where she excelled in her position. However, she selflessly put her career on hold to start a family with Drew. During this time, the couple purchased their first home, remodeled it, sold it, and bought another home all within a two-year span. Elliott is a native Texan of the DFW area, proud graduate of Texas A&M University, and has always had a passion for serving others. Elliott has contributed to the success of two major restaurant groups in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and obtained a vast amount of restaurant leadership experience. After a successful career in the hospitality industry, Elliott and his wife worked together, running a local, family-owned furniture business, where they played a key role in its management and growth. That is also the time when they began the adoption process with the hope of adopting multiple children. The desire to move into the real estate world began around that time and never left. A few years later, Elliott made the switch to real estate official. Elliott and his wife live in Coppell, TX where he is involved with his church and has coached youth sports teams at the local YMCA. You can find Elliott doing things outdoors, traveling, hosting events with his wife, and challenging himself physically and mentally. Theresa has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Upon graduating from the University of Notre Dame, she went into business with her mother painting wall murals. This first company, Wall2Wall Art, LLC paved the way for her next business venture, W2W Painting, LLC. As president of this residential and commercial painting company, she learned many business management skills and developed a passion for business growth and development. She also discovered her desire to use these skills to give back to the community. This desire led to the birth of R.O.L.L. O.N., a non-profit organization that distributes home building supplies and materials to disaster relief charities and other community organizations.

Despite staying busy with these companies, Theresa jumped on the opportunity to go into business with her husband, Justin as they began to talk about the potential of a real estate company. Theresa’s experience in business, combined with Justin’s knowledge and passion for real estate, made the creation of MIG Real Estate possible. In early 2020, after 8 years of owning and operating MIG Real Estate, Justin and Theresa took advantage of an incredible opportunity to merge their brokerage with Magnolia Realty. Sharing the same values and service mindsets made the decision to transition to Magnolia easy and seamless.

In addition to real estate, Theresa also manages Justin’s country music career! She is active in her church and in the Grapevine community. She served as the 2010 President of the Notre Dame Club of Dallas, served as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce in 2018, and served as an alternate member of the City of Grapevine’s Planning and Zoning Commission from 2013-2017. She is the proud mom of 3 adorable children ages 8, 6 and 5 and feels blessed to live such a full and fulfilling life!
